If you request cancellations or reschedulings before 48 hours from the scheduled time, you will receive a credit of 90% of the booking fee to be used in any destination, subject to the availability of the Photographer.
We're afraid there won't be a refund if you request cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot. This is because we value our photographers' time. They have likely kept it for you, potentially turning away other bookings.
First, choose your destination, and then explore the photographers available for that location. Check the details of the photographer you like and go to “Book Me”. Select your package, choose the preferred date and time, click on “Book Now”. Upon completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation mail with all the details of the shoot.

We suggest you book your shoot at least 2 weeks before to ensure that you get your favourite photographer and preferred slot. The earlier you book, the better. However, we do accommodate last-minute booking depending upon the availability of the photographer, but we cannot guarantee.

Once you book your shoot and get the confirmation, you can easily chat with your photographer through your dashboard. We will also share your contact details with the photographer and vice versa. So be rest assured that your photographer will reach out to you 48 hours before the shoot for discussion.
Our clients and photographers are our topmost priority, and their safety means everything to us. So we encourage our photographers to wear masks all the time and follow the government health guidelines.
During the shoot, photographers will provide contactless photoshoots and follow social distancing all the time.
No, definitely not! Our photographers are very professional and are equipped with the best tools to ensure quality and enhance the customer experience.
Sure! We understand that things won't always go as planned. As long as you inform us 48 hours before the shoot, we will happily accommodate your request for a time or location change. Depending on your request, if there is a need to assign you with a new photographer, you will be charged a nominal fee.
Yes, you can. However, photographers may have scheduled the rest of their day around the site you've already chosen, so it's not always doable. This is particularly relevant in the case of last-minute modifications. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that once the location is decided, we may not be able to change it due to unforeseen circumstances.
You can always contact your photographer and let them know. Sometimes your photographer may be able to accommodate your request, but not always as they are also busy professionals and would have another photo shoot scheduled. So, if you arrive late, some of your time may be forfeited.
It all depends upon the availability of the photographer. To “Extend” the time beyond the scheduled session after your shoot has already started, you can add upgrade your package from the dashboard and pay the difference amount for the shoot or contact customer support and we help you.
Our photographers generally discuss the weather conditions before the shoot and are always ready to work no matter what. Trust us! Our photographers also know some excellent undercover locations you can make the most of.
Our photographers are very professional and will always inform you in advance if they want to reschedule the photoshoot. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, if the photographer doesn't show up, you will receive a refund.
There will be no refund in case you miss the photoshoot.
We encourage our photographers to arrive 15-30 minutes before a photo shoot. However, if the photographer is late, the shoot time will be calculated from the moment the session began.
Our session depends upon the package you choose. Each package offers a different time duration. Furthermore, you can customize your package based on your specific needs. Visit our pricing section on the home page to find out more about our pricing.
More people on the shoot requires ample time to get great pictures. So, we have different package lengths depending upon the number of people.

We support cashless payment methods to provide secure and convenient transactions. You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card/Debit Card. And if you are taking our services anywhere in India, then you can also pay through PayUmoney.
Small travel fees may apply to shoots outside the city centre. If you are looking for a photographer who is willing to travel, please speak with one of our team members once the shoot is booked. Also, the traveller is responsible for all the Fees (Including any admission fees to museums, parks, beaches, resorts, etc.) during the Photoshoot.
We don't provide any such facility. The packages are sold as a session, and you cannot split your time. But you can always purchase different packages, for each day to make sure getting memories are captured professional at all your favourite spots.
We are confident in the service that we provide and the quality of the photos we take. This is why if you are dissatisfied in any way with the edited photos we provide, you can ask for a 100% refund. Once you initiate the refund request, our team would get in touch with you to review the request.
Please note that you can ask for a refund only if you have not downloaded the edited images. Once you download the edited images, we would not accept a refund request under any circumstances. Once our team has reviewed the refund request, we would refund the money within 7 business days.
Basic editings, such as colour balancing and cropping, will be provided by the photographers. Photoshopping and other forms of intensive editing are not included as a part of our services.
Definitely! You can select and purchase more or all your pictures by paying extra if you love to have them.

Not all shots turn out to be as planned. Holidaygrapher provides the best of the best photos from your shoot. Please inform us in advance of any specific shots you need. Additionally, your photographer may show some of the photos on the camera's screen as the shoot goes. This is a great way to let them know if you have any shots in mind or don’t like something.
Your photos will be edited within 7 working days.
We will update you through an email when your photos are edited and upload them to your dashboard. You can download your images directly from there.
Neither our Photographers nor we will share your photos without your consent because we respect the different levels of comfort people have about sharing photos online.
We provide high-resolution photos in JPEG format, and photographers will perform standard image enhancements during post-production.
We do not provide RAW format files under any circumstances to protect the work of our photographers.
The edited pictures will be preserved for 90 days after the shoot.
We know that you are a good friend and we want to reward you for it. For every friend that you refer who books a shoot with us, both of you will get a 20% shoot credit. You can unlock your credit after your friend books a shoot and uses their credit.

We provide gift cards that are perfect for every occasion. You can buy a gift card by entering any amount, or you can directly buy a shoot package as a gift card for your family and friends.
Lifetime validity is offered on Holidaygrapher gift cards. So give the gift of memories to your loved ones.
When you buy a gift card, the recipient of the gift card would receive an email with a redeemable code in it. They can book a shoot and simply add the gift card code during checkout to use it.
If the gift card value is less than the shoot package you book, you can pay the difference by your chosen mode of payment and use the services.
Unfortunately, Gift cards can be used only once and in full. The remaining amount on the gift card will be forfeited.
Please note that it takes around 15 minutes for the gift card to arrive in your inbox. Check your spam emails if you can locate them in your inbox.
Unfortunately, you cannot. Only one Gift card can be used to book one shoot package.
To redeem a gift card, simply enter the code you would have received on email while purchasing the shoot.
Gift cards are non-refundable, but they are having lifetime validity. So you can use them whenever you want.
