SIM CARD

To start - the first and foremost question which every traveller has is where do I get the SIM card from? Simple- Don't buy it from the Airport. You might be tempted to buy it when you land at the airport. But wait nananana- save some bucks for yourself as you definitely be gonna spend a lot on your Bali trip from this point.

Take a Taxi from the airport and ask the driver to take you to the nearest mini Mart or Circle K with your passport, yes they need a copy of it you get a legitimate SIM card which will cost $12 AUD for 30 days with 10GB of data. It makes life so easy with WhatsApp, google maps, looking for taxis or just staying connected with fellow travellers. Your life gets easier so for once and for all the first thing you sort out is the SIM card. You might get free Wi-Fi at cafes, restaurants, your hotel or your stay but not everywhere so when you are in a taxi or walking down the street you definitely need your phone and Google Maps handy.

Let's talk about food baby!

Now coming to the very next and important question- Where are the good places to eat local food? Here is the list of your **restaurants** in Seminyak

There is a street called - JL. Kayu Aya aka “Eat street”, walk along the street and you'll find so many options to choose from, so really go for a walk and choose what you feel like. Haven't listed each name of the restaurant on that street here but the best idea is to get your driver to take you there and wait with your shopping bags while you fill up some fuel for your body.

Professional Photographers for Hire- Local photographer captures professional high-quality photos and simultaneously suggests photo-friendly places to get hands-on with your well-researched itinerary. Tipping

The basic wage in Bali is around $400AUD/ Monthly and hotel workers get around $600AUD a month (they work 6 days a week) That’s between $150,000-$230,000RPA day.

Not a requirement really but it's a good gesture when you already spending so much on holidays- a few bucks to the hard worker like your driver, or helper, at the restaurant will go a long way.
